I began my practice in the craft environment of Alfred University, receiving my BFA in Ceramics in 2012. Gaining cultural perspectives from studio-based residencies around the world, I recognized product design thinking emerge within my practice leading me to pursue ceramics within a design context. In 2019 I received my MA in Design from Central Saint Martins in London. I now utilize my craftsmanship foundation within my design process. When I'm not developing my personal body of work in a studio setting, I work contractually on ceramic specific interior projects, designing for ceramic small businesses, and mold making for studio-based artists. |
