The Subtlety Vases each have their own subtle detail of selective clear glazing. The gloss from the glaze gently contrasts the polished matte finish of the raw porcelain. These details not only create a visual depth but enhance the user's tactile experience when held.
While all these pieces come from only two molds, one of them is not like the other. Each vase is individually altered or decorated to establish elements of uniqueness. Every piece is also handmade, and as such, parts of the making process can present in the pieces such as slight warpage, glaze drips, pinholes, etc. These details are there to remind you that they were made with a whole lot of love and care.
